These 25 to 80 m² flats, situated in small buildings characterized by coloured fronts, in the heart of the Resort, full of exotic and Mediterranean nature, are suitable for 3 people.
They are renovated and equipped accommodations situated in the heart of the Residence and which offer multiple benefits: MALIBU Resort is surrounded by a big park and it has got 6 swimming pools, 3 tennis courts, 3 restaurants, a laundry and a hotel.
Every flat includes:

Seaside access: 10 minutes by foot, 5 minutes by bike.
Perpignan access: 30minutes by bus, 15 minutes by car, night bus to Perpignan during the weekend. A bus line directed to ALFMED.
Shops access: commercial centre at 5 minutes by foot
Leisure centre access and discotheques: 5 minutes by foot.
