The residence De Gaulle has 4 rooms available : 1 single room and 3 double rooms. All rooms have small beds. The rooms can be rented to just one or two students of course, according to demand and availability.
This residence is located on the top floor of ALFMED.
A table has been installed in the garden for students who would like to take their meals outside.

The rooms bear the following names : Blue - White - Red - General. They are also decorated in correspondance to the colours. White walls, curtains and linen corresponding to the colour.

The students share :

• the bathroom
• the toilet
• a fully equipped kitchen/community room
• TV and WIFI
• private garden for the students, possibility of parking bicycles

ALFMED access: Apartment directly above the Academy

Seaside access: 20 minutes by bus

Access to the historic centre of Perpignan: 5 minutes by foot

Shop access: 5 minutes to the city centre, small supermarkets 10 minutes by foot, large shopping centres 20 minutes by bus

Leisure centre access and night clubs: bars and restaurants in the city centre, 10 minutes by bus to go to the indoor swimming pool, the tennis court, volleyball, football and rugby grounds

Furnished bedrooms, linen provided. unlimited and free WIFI
